Leap 300 outcomes are being rigorously tested across UP, Punjab and Bihar. Interim analyses in UP indicate significant developmental outcomes with 91% graduation rates, ~2.6x average income increase, and comprehensive transformation in children's health and education outcomes.

Karan Bajaj
Post a two-decade corporate career and startup exit, I wanted to donate time and money to an existing NGO and multiply their efforts versus create a new organization. In visiting on-ground operations of various NGO's though, I was surprised by the lack of operational rigor and technology adoption in the development sector. All interventions seemed severely restricted by manual, unscaleable operations.
Non-profits need the same discipline of operational rigor and technology-based scaling as startups & corporations.
Leap 300 uses technology in building, measuring and tracking each step of the intervention so we can scale the impact across millions of the most vulnerable poor.
