Meet our Founder
Karan Bajaj
I wanted to devote myself to public service after a two-decade corporate career and a startup exit. My first instinct was to donate time and money to an existing non-profit organization to multiply their efforts versus to create a new organization. I visited all the major organizations-but was dismayed by the lack of operational rigor and technology adoption in the development sector. Despite honest, well-intentioned people, most interventions were destined to be "small & beautiful", due to manual, unscalable operations.
Non-profits need the same discipline of operational rigor and technology-based scaling as we have in startups.
We rigorously measure and track the impact of each step of our intervention so the most disadvantaged poor can go from vulnerability to pride in 300 days.
